Description

Lime Tree Cottages is a pair of cottages dating from the early 19th century. They are constructed of red brick and feature a Welsh slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and consist of four bays, with each cottage having two bays and a symmetrical facade. Each cottage has a central six-panel door with an overlight, framed by pilasters, a frieze, and a cornice. All windows are 16-pane sashes with stone sills and flat brick arches. The cottages have a timber eaves board, shaped kneelers, and stone coping at either end. There are brick end stacks and a central ridge stack.
