Description

The Villa is a house dating from the late 18th century, with later alterations. It is constructed of red brick and rendered, topped with a Welsh slate roof. The building stands two storeys high and features three bays. The entrance is slightly off-centre and consists of a four-panel door with an overlight, framed by pilasters, a frieze, consoles, and a cornice. All windows are 16-pane sashes with stone sills and stuccoed flat arches, except for the window above the door, which is a narrower sash with glazing bars. There is a band at the first floor and external gable stacks.
