Description

No. 1 Park Street is a house dating from the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone and features a Collyweston slate roof. The building originally had a two-unit plan and stands two storeys tall. The façade includes a two-window range of late 19th century tripartite sash windows, which are set in their original openings and are topped with wooden lintels. There is a central four-panel door, also beneath a wooden lintel. The house has ashlar gable parapets and ashlar end stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
