Description

This dovecote, located approximately 15 meters south of Number 26 (All Saints House), is likely from the 17th century and was altered in the 19th century. It is built from squared coursed ironstone and limestone, topped with a slate roof and has a rectangular plan. The structure features a central stable door with a brick lintel, and above it, there is a hayloft door also framed with brick. Small casement windows are positioned on either side of the doors, set under wooden lintels. The gable ends have ashlar parapets, and there is a 20th-century wooden glover at the ridge. A small opening is present in the left gable. The interior has not been inspected.
