Description

This dovecote, located approximately 75 meters northwest of Manor Farmhouse, is possibly from the 17th century. It is constructed from random, roughly squared and dressed limestone, featuring dressed stone quoins and a stone slate roof. The building has a rectangular plan and includes small diagonal buttresses. There is a plank door at the north gable end, and at the opposite end, a 20th-century window with two small lancets cut from a single stone block. The structure has flat coping and roll-cross saddles, along with a weathervane at the south gable end. A flat-chamfered dressed stone eaves cornice completes the exterior. The interior is not accessible.
