Description

This is a barn located to the east of Windmill Hill Farmhouse, dating from the early 18th century and altered over time. The structure features a timber frame and weatherboard, with part of the northern end rebuilt in brick. It has a 20th-century tiled roof that is hipped to the south and consists of five bays. The central bay includes a gabled and projecting wagon entry on the west side, along with a 20th-century garage attached to the east side, which is not of special interest. Inside, the barn has braced tie beams, raking queen posts, and long slightly curving wind braces.
