Description

This barn, located 35 metres northeast of the farmhouse at Windridge Farm, dates from the 18th century and is a well-preserved example of its type. It features a timber frame with five bays, weatherboard cladding, and some red brick. The roof is covered with plain tiles and has a single purlin design. A gabled cart entrance is situated in the center of the southwest side, flanked by contemporary lean-to ranges. Notably, the barn wall at the southeast end on this side includes a fragment of 17th-century studwork with red brick infill.
