Description

This is a 17th-century timber-framed building that was later refronted with 19th-century brick. It has an old tile roof. The building is two storeys high. A modern door has been inserted on the left side, alongside a two-light casement window that formerly served as a doorway. A three-light casement window is on the right side, both with cambered arches. To the right is a carriageway with a segmental arch and gates. A three-light casement window above the ground-floor windows forms part of the adjoining building at No. 56. The rear elevation is rendered, with some timber framing visible. At the lower level on the left side are two three-light casement windows with segmental arches.
