Description
12 Norwoods Court is a late 17th-century building constructed of red and grey brick, featuring red brick dressings and quoins. The roof is tiled and hipped to the north, with a pedimented dormer at the apex that contains a 2-light casement window. The building has two storeys and an attic. On the first floor, there are two cross mullioned and transomed windows, along with a central recess that showcases diaper pattern brickwork, all topped with flat arches and scalloped aprons. The central entrance consists of a 4 flush panel door with a hood supported by fluted brackets and a pulvinated frieze above. There are cross mullioned and transomed windows with flat arches on either side of the door. The east elevation features a modern half-glazed door and an adjoining window on the left, a double-hung sash window on the right, and two modern casements on the first floor. The rear of the building adjoins No 6 Norwoods Court.
