Description

Well House is a 17th century timber-framed building that was refaced in the 18th century and has undergone alterations. It is attached to the rear of No 36 Broadway. The building features a tiled roof and stands two storeys high with one bay. The left side has exposed timber framing above the door, and there is one old leaded casement window on the first floor. The rest of the building is faced in modern brick and has two modern 3-light casement windows on each floor, with the upper ones set within gabled sections.
