Description
Norwoods Cottage is a 17th-century timber-framed building that has been faced in 18th-century brick. It has undergone alterations and extensions in the 20th century. The cottage features a tiled roof and stands two storeys high, with a modern tile-hung gabled wing in the center and a pentice addition on the left. The original front wall remains, along with one casement window on the right. The rear elevation has also been modified, but the original timber frame is exposed on the west gable. Additionally, there is a 19th-century canted bay window with a tiled roof on the ground floor, and the first floor has three and one-light casements.
