Description
No 1 Norwoods Court is a building located in Amersham, originally listed as a house adjoining Lines Cottage to the west and shop premises to the east of the entry to Norwoods Yard. The rear part of No 34 Broadway, this structure dates from the 18th century and features chequered brickwork, with some sections colourwashed. It has an old tiled roof and includes a single-storey lean-to addition on the south side, constructed of flint and brick with a slate roof. The addition has one small casement window in the half gable and two in the south wall, along with two first-floor windows that have segmental arches and a Yorkshire casement on the left.
