  1. Includes part of No 2 London Road. C18 with C16/17 timber-framed core. Once a pair of cottages in a continuous low range, the northern part being the west face of No 2 London Road. Two storeys, 3 windows. Tiled roof, ending at the north side against the taller hipped end of the corner block, catslide at rear; central stack. Walling of brickwork with flint panels, now painted, cambered ground-floor openings, one blocked doorway. Casements; one old leaded light, one small bay (with tiled roof) on brackets. Boarded door in solid frame, one later ½-glazed door. Interior: timber- framing.
