Description
No 14 Burgate is an early 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with attics, constructed of painted brick. It features an old tiled roof with brick stacks and three hipped dormers that have moulded cornices, along with one plain dormer. The building has stone coping and stringcourses. There are six windows in total: three sashes with intact glazing bars and three casements. The entrance of No 14 is highlighted by an early 18th-century doorcase, which is framed by a moulded wooden architrave and includes a rectangular fanlight above a four-panelled door. No 15A has a panelled door set within a cambered surround, while No 15 features a wooden doorcase with sidelights. Nos 11 to 16, including the annexe to No 12, form a group with this building.
