  1. A C16 to C17 building refaced in C18. Late C18 facade. 4 storeys yellow brick. Stone coping. 4 sashes with glazing bars intact. Wrought iron shop bracket. Early C19 shopfront with reeded pilasters Central doorcase has rectangular fanlight.

Nos 23 to 37 (consec) and the Christchurch Gateway form a group.
