Description

Number 2 Butchery Lane is a medieval and later building that stands two storeys tall and is constructed of painted brick. It features an old tiled roof with one dormer. The front has two sash windows with intact glazing bars set within moulded architraves. The front dates from the later 19th century. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 1 to 9 and Nos 38 to 44 Butchery Lane, as well as Nos 1 to 8A and Nos 10 to 16 Mercery Lane.
