Description
Nos 11A and 11B are large houses located in the Cathedral Precincts, dating from the late 18th century. The main part of the building is now divided into five flats and is constructed of painted brick with two storeys. It features a parapet and a string course above each floor. In the center of the first floor, there is a large projecting bay with three windows, supported by four wooden Doric columns, creating a kind of narthex. A modillion cornice runs around the top of the bay. No 11A, which is a separate house set back to the west, dates from the early 18th century and has two to three storeys, also made of painted brick with string courses and a tiled roof. The windows are sash types set in cambered recesses.
