It features two sash windows set in moulded wooden architraves, with the glazing bars remaining intact, except on the first floor where there are cast iron balconettes. The building has a later shopfront, while the left side showcases a fine 18th-century shopfront with a rectangular fanlight that has shell glazing bars and a six-panelled door. This property is part of a group that includes Nos 23 to 37 and the Christchurch Gateway.
