Description
16 Winchester Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall and features three windows. The roof is tiled and half-hipped at the south end. The walls are rendered, with upper sashes set in exposed frames. The ground floor has two modern bow windows and a modern bay window, which was previously a shopfront.
