Description

37 Preston Street is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features two windows. It has a tiled roof with a hip at the south end and a wooden eaves cornice. The west and south fronts are weather-boarded, and the second-floor windows retain their original glazing bars. The ground floor includes a late 19th-century or early 20th-century plate-glass shop front, which has a sloping fascia and end pieces.
