The structure is constructed of red brick and has a cornice and parapet. It includes two curved bays, each with a three-light window on both the ground and first floors. The building has a wide doorway flanked by engaged Doric columns, a triglyph frieze, a projecting cornice, a coved recess, and a semi-circular fan-light above a door with six moulded panels. Chase House is part of a group with Nos. 53 and 55 to 59.
