Description

15 Winchester Street is an 18th-century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic and features four windows. The roof is tiled and has two hipped dormers. The walls are roughcast, with a band at the first floor, cambered openings on the ground floor, and a plinth. The windows are casements, and there is a flat hood supported by carved brackets above a half-glazed door set within a solid frame.
