Description

30 Ock Street is a 17th-century timber-framed building with an early 19th-century front. It is two storeys high and features painted brickwork and a tiled roof. The eaves cornice is rendered and coved. The left section of the building is set back and has two modern windows, while the ground floor has a 19th-century shop front with modern glass. The right section has three double-hung sash windows with glazing bars and a flush frame. It also has a 19th-century shop front with Doric pilasters and a plain wood architrave around the door, which includes a rectangular fanlight and a modern door. There is a flat-arched carriage entrance to the right, and the right-hand quoin displays channelled rustication. Nos. 22 to 30 (even) form a group.
