Description

This is a late 18th-century building on the south side of Ock Street. It is constructed of chequered brick with a tile roof and a dentil eaves cornice. The building is three storeys high and features horizontal bands dividing the storeys. It has three windows, each with a gauged brick arch and flush frames. The windows are double-hung sashes with glazing bars, although the central window is now blocked. The ground floor has a three-light window with modern glass. A brick plinth runs along the front. The front door is a six-panel wooden door within a frame featuring bolection moulded pilasters with roundels. The building forms a group with numbers 34 to 42 (even) on Ock Street.
