Description
35 Ock Street is a building from the late 18th century or early 19th century, likely built on a core from 1652. The front elevation features three storeys with a brick dentil eaves cornice and a tile roof. The ground floor is made of stone, while the rear has three gables that are rough rendered on a timber frame, with the east gable being tile hung. There are three windows on the front, each with gauged brick flat arches and double hung sashes that include glazing bars; the middle window is blocked. The entrance has a round arched doorway with a 'Gothic' glazing fanlight above a four-panel door, accessed by two steps with railings on the side. This building is part of a group that includes Nos. 35 to 41 (odd).
