Description

LAWKLAND FEIZOR SD 76 NE 8/47 Feizor House GV II Formerly farmhouse, now house. C17 with late C18/early C19 and C20 alterations. Squared rubble, stone dressings, slate roof. 3 room plan with additional right-hand projecting bay. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Entrance right of centre has plain surround, 4 panel door. 3 ground floor windows: former 4 light double chamfered mullioned, now 2 light with only central cavetto mullion remaining; taller former 3-light double chamfered and former 2-light double chamfered, both without mullions. 3 upper floor windows: former 3-light double chamfered mullioned, now 2-light with only left-hand mullion remaining, taller former 2-light chamfered mullioned and lower former 2-light double chamfered mullioned, both without mullions. All windows have C20 casements except right-hand upper floor which has 8 pane sashes. Left-hand gable end ridge and right of centre ridge stack. To right is projecting bay, which contains former 2-light chamfered window on each floor with mullions now missing, C20 casements.
