Farmhouse. Dated "17 ASA 43". Rubblestone, rendered at front, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 first-floor windows, single-storey porch and pent outshut on right. Porch has board door in plain stone surround with dated lintel to left of window, shaped kneeler and coping on left. 4-pane sashes in plain stone surrounds throughout. Shaped kneelers and ashlar coping. Stacks to left end and ridge.
