Description

The rear premises of No 1 East Street is a service wing that dates from the early 19th century and is continuous with the other frontages. It features brick walls laid in Flemish Garden Wall bond and has a plinth. The roof is tiled. On the west elevation, the north side is plain and includes a garage opening. The east side has two upper casements, one of which is an oriel, along with one lower casement and a plain doorway. This building is included for its group value.
