Description
This is a row of three cottages, now combined into a single dwelling, located on Hall End Lane in the parish of Ashford in the Water. The cottages were built of limestone rubble with painted stone dressings, and have a modern tile roof with stone ridge stacks and a brick gable end. They are arranged over three storeys and are each one bay wide. Each cottage has a flush doorcase with a raised and fielded panelled door. The windows are 2-light flush mullion windows with 20th-century small paned casements. Numbers 1 and 2 have a door on the east side, while number 3 has a door on the west side. Above the ground-floor windows are similar windows, and above them again are single-light casement windows set under the eaves.
