Description
Dowthwaite Monument is a table tomb located approximately 8.5 metres south of All Saints' Church, dating from 1740. It features a slab with a moulded edge resting on plain supports. The inscription, which is difficult to read, begins with "WALK SOFTLY BY ...." and commemorates Robert Dowthwaite, who died in 1740.
