The Dowand Monument is a table-tomb located 3 metres south of the Parish Church of St Peter, within the churchyard. It dates from the early 17th century and is made of stone, featuring a large chamfered top block. The inscription reads, "Heare lieth the body of John Dowand of this Parish ...."
