Detached cottage, S face fronting Stephens Alley. Early C19. Brick, hipped tile roof, brick stacks. 2 storeys, 2-windowed. All pointed arches with 2-light leaded transomd casements. Return right plain, 2 large eaves stacks; return left has blind openings at first floor above central C19 door under 4-pane transom-light. Back has C20 casements. Front has brick dentil eaves, and Flemish brickwork to fine joints; right return has smaller bricks, mainly in stretcher bond, with wide joints, in appearance more like C17 walling. INTERIOR not inspected.
