Description

CHAPMANSLADE WOOD LANE ST 8247 (east side) 12/67 No 67 (Hoots) GV Detached cottage. Early C18. Rendered, tiled roof with rendered brick stacks. Two-storey, 1-window. C20 planked door in lean-to porch to left, 4-light cyma-mullioned casement and 3-light casement to right, 2-light casement to lean-to extension to left. First floor has 4-light cyma-mullioned casement. Right return has 2- light attic casement over lean-to garage. Left return has small 2- light casement and fixed window to first floor. Rear is windowless. Interior has corner open fireplace with timber lintel, chamfered beam with ogee stops.
