Description

No. 28 is a detached cottage located on Huntenhull Lane, dating from the early 18th century. The exterior is rendered with a hipped Welsh slate roof and features an axial brick stack. The cottage is two stories high and has three windows. A planked door is situated in a gabled porch to the right of center, with a three-light chamfered flush mullioned casement window to the left and another to the right. On the first floor, there are three 2-light flush chamfered mullioned casement windows. The left side of the building is windowless, while the rear is constructed of rubble stone, featuring a blocked four-light mullioned casement window to the left and a two-light casement window on the first floor. The interior was not accessible during the survey conducted in May 1986.
