Description
Huntly House is a semi-detached house dating from the late 18th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. It is built of Flemish bond brick and features chamfered quoins, a concrete tile hipped roof, and a brick stack. The house is three stories high and has three windows. To the left, there is a 20th-century door and porch, while to the right, there are three plate glass sash windows on the ground, first, and second floors. The second-floor windows have segmental heads with keystones, and the building includes moulded string courses and a moulded stone eaves cornice above a brick blocking course. The right side of the house has steel casement windows. At the rear, there is a 20th-century three-story addition with steel casements. The interior was not accessible during the survey conducted in June 1986.
