10/75 Pair of Pearce Monuments, about 4m north-north-west of north-west corner of nave in churchyard of Church of St. Mary the Virgin.

Two chest tombs, Joseph Pearce, died 1787 et al., James Pearce died 1831 et al. Limestone. Flat tops, moulded plinth and capping, together on large moulded base formerly railed. 1. Joseph Pearce, fluted 1/4 balusters, fluted frieze with applied acanthus. Moulded rectangular end and side panels. 2. James Pearce, plain 1/4 balusters, sunk rectangular side panels, end panels also sunk and rectangular with rounded projection at top.
