10/69 William Pearce Monument, about 3m south of south-west corner of nave in churchyard of Church of St. Mary the Virgin.

GV II

Chest tomb, William Pearce, died 1741. Limestone. Flat top, moulded plinth and capping on two-step tall base. Corner piers and central panels on long sides with scrolled foliage relief. Ends have small cartouche to east, foliage to west. Sides divided into 2 with raised elongated hexagonal inscription panels with foliage spandrels.
