21,23 AND 25, HIGH STREET

Nos 21, 23, and 25 High Street are three cottages located at the end of a terrace, dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. The cottages feature roughcast on a plinth, with a double Roman tile roof for Nos 21 and 23, and a pantile roof for No 25. There are two brick ridge stacks. The structure is a single range with small rear wings, standing two storeys tall, with an attic in the gable of No 25, which is at the end of the terrace.

The front facade includes four windows, which are twin 8-pane casements set in moulded wood frames. Each cottage has a small square bay on the ground floor, adorned with a moulded dentil cornice, featuring windows with 4/16/4 panes. There is one entrance for Nos 21 and 23, which is accessed by two stone steps and consists of a six-panel door, where the top two panels are glazed and the rest are fielded, framed by a moulded architrave. The door for No 25 is located on the far right, also accessed by two concrete steps, and has six fielded panels with a flat wooden hood supported on brackets. Additionally, No 25 has a plat band between the floors.
