Former mill house, now detached house. Early C17, refronted c1820. Ashlar limestone front; random rubble to sides and rear wing; ashlar chimneys; stone slate and concrete tile roofs. Two-storey with attic; long rear wing. Front: 3-window fenestration, all 12-pane sashes in plain openings. Central doorway with 4-panel door and rectangular light over with decorative glazing bars. Plain gable end chimneys. West gable end has C17 rubble masonry, blocked 2-light recessed cavetto mullioned casement to ground floor with hoodmould. Rear: lean-to in angle with rear wing; gabled dormer to rear slope of front range. Single and 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned fenestration to rear range, all with hoodmoulds. Range extended beyond original gable end chimney stack - now rebuilt in brick. Interior not inspected.
