Description

This listing covers three dwellings at 7, 7A, and 7B Merlin Haven, located to the south of Wotton-under-Edge. These are early 19th-century dwellings built with a rendered exterior and a stone slate roof. The properties extend across a wide frontage, with a long, newer wing added to the right. The main facade of the buildings faces south, away from the street. The two-storey main portion comprises three windows on one dwelling and two windows on another. Number 7 features modern sash windows and intrusive dormers, while number 7B has sash windows with glazing bars. The eastern end gable of number 7B includes a small 19th-century sash window within the roof space.
