Description

This is an early 19th-century dwelling. It is constructed of squared rubble with dressed quoins, and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is a detached, square block with two storeys and three windows. The windows are sash windows without bars, featuring stepped voussoirs and a projecting key stone. A six-panel door is set within a projecting portico with stone cheeks, containing a small arched aperture and a crenellated top. The roof is hipped, extending to wide overhanging eaves.
