Description

Gloucester House is a late 18th-century dwelling in Wotton-under-Edge. It is constructed of rough rendered material with a concrete tile roof. The building has a wide frontage and a broad span, complemented by a long service wing at the rear on the right-hand side. It is two storeys high and features a seven-windowed facade, arranged as a grouping of 2+2+3 windows. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, including two-light and three-light sashes on the ground floor. A single six-panel door is set within a flat plaster surround, and there is one blocked door opening. The property may have originally been three cottages.
