Description

This is a terrace dwelling located at 1 Bear Street in Wotton-under-Edge, dating from the late 18th century. The building features a rendered and ashlared exterior with a stone slate roof. It has two storeys and three windows, which are fitted with modern sashes that include glazing bars. This cottage is noted as the only significant survivor on this side of Bear Street.
