Description
Nos 9 and 11 are a pair of early 18th-century dwellings. The construction is of rough-rendered rubble, with exposed rubble at the rear wing, and covered by stone slate roofs. The building has a large U-shaped plan, with deep wings featuring steep roofs and a single small squared stone stack on the left side. The two storeys are punctuated by six sash windows per side, each with glazing bars and wide box surrounds, topped with bull-nose stone sills. The left-hand door is a six-panel door arranged vertically, with a radial fanlight within a rectangular frame, sheltered by a flat hood supported by brackets. The other door is a six-panel door with a radial fanlight in a square frame, also with a flat hood on brackets.
