Description

Nos 2 and 3, Bear Street, form a pair of late 18th-century dwellings in a row. The construction is of painted rubble, with a concrete tile roof. Stone stacks are located at the outer party walls, with a return stack at the back of No. 3, featuring an exposed rubble gable. The buildings are two storeys high with dormers, each having a single window centrally positioned. The windows are replacement sashes, and the doors are new.
