Description

No. 3, High Street, is a 17th-century dwelling and wool shop. The building is rough-rendered on a timber frame and has a double Roman tile roof. It features twin gables facing the street, with a projecting gabled wing to the rear, and a large central stone stack. The building is three storeys tall and has two windows visible from the street. Small four-pane fixed lights are set within the gables, while the first floor has broad 19th-century sash windows with glazing bars and wide surrounds. A recent shop front has been added.
