Description

The Tolsey House is a dwelling and shop dating from the late 18th century. It features a rendered exterior and a clay double Roman tile roof. The building has two storeys plus a basement and is designed with two sash windows that have glazing bars and broad surrounds, which are set flush with the wall. There is an off-centre modern glazed door. This property should not be confused with another building called The Tolsey located on Market Street.
