Description

Merlin Haven Lodge is a detached dwelling built in the late 18th century. It features a smooth rendered exterior and a stone slate roof. The building has a parallel range with a wing that extends back from the street. The main garden front is two stories high and has two windows, which include three sash windows with glazing bars and deep reveals. To the left, there is a new flat roof extension. The entrance consists of a six-panel fielded door beneath a radial fanlight, set within an open pediment and flanked by moulded pilasters. Above the door, there is a pointed light with plain glass, located on the west flank of the building.
