Dwelling, formerly Inn. C17. Pebble-dash, concrete tile roof. Large L-shaped block with principal front at right angles to street, roof hipped on this outer corner. To Ellerncroft Road, two storeys, 5-windowed, sashes without bars, central door 6-panelled, of which 4 glazed, segmental head. Return (east) front in two sections but continuous front; roof steps down in right half. Two storeys, 2-windowed and one-windowed, sashes in left half, irregularly placed and varied, right half; opening to cellar left, centre. No door now in this front. Steep pitched roof in left section with gable stacks; moulded and stopped beam centrally to ground floor.
