Description

This listing comprises two pairs of dwellings situated in a terrace on Bear Street in Wotton-under-Edge. The buildings date to the mid-19th century and are constructed of painted squared rubble, with No. 12 retaining its original unpainted finish. They have concrete tile roofs. Each pair has two storeys and four windows, with replacement windows set beneath wooden lintels, and new doors. No. 12A may have originally served as a through-way for a neighbouring property. The buildings are included on the list for their contribution to the group value of the street.
